For those of you who are in my Facebook group, you know that I’ve been going through a bit of a shift, and well…it hasn’t been pretty.
Transformation can be downright painful.
In today’s video, I share a bit of what has been going on with me, the shift that’s been happening and my viewpoint on moving through our lives as a journey to reconnect to the inherent perfection of who we are. The goal? To be unapologetically living our truth, authentically expressing ourselves through love, listening to our deepest desires, living a lifestyle that we have chosen rather than one we have “fallen” into, and living in a way that honors our passions. AND, to connect to Spirit, Source, God, the Universe…whatever you choose to call it. Because guess what? That’s also who you are. You are divine perfection. We all are. We’ve simply forgotten that (or not so simply as it can sometimes feel).
It’s not (always) easy! It takes work, determination, awareness, love, self-compassion, willingness to feel the full range of our emotions, to be vulnerable and to move through fear. Not a small or easy task, right?
This work takes courage, and part of the reason I aim to be so transparent with you is so you will see that you are not alone. I want you to see we are all in the same boat. That I am YOU. We are all connected simply by living this human experience together.
Getting to the truth of who we are can be like shedding layers we’ve accumulated our entire lives. We’ve tried on so many ill-fitting clothes, thinking we are going to look so hotwhen we finally fit into those skinny jeans! Finally, after years of trying on ugly outfits, ill-fitting pants, unflattering dresses, wearing all the wrong colors…it’s finally time to take them all off, one at a time, and discover what truly feels good and fits like a glove.
This is what we talk about in today’s video.
Have you been wearing all the wrong clothes for your entire life? Please share with me by replying to this email. I love hearing from you!
So much love!
Have you ever wondered, “Is this all there is to life?
This isn’t what I thought my life would be like!”
As we grow up, we often find ourselves stuck living a life by default. As kids, we had such big dreams and excitement about our future and what we would create!
So what happened?
Too many of us are getting sucked dry by our responsibilities and the roles we play. We lose touch with who we truly are and why we are here. On the outside, we look like we have it all together, but on the inside, we are quietly suffering…alone.
Worse, most us think that there is something deeply wrong with us. That somehow, everybody else seems to have it figured out, but that weare deeply flawed. Because of our deep-seated fear that we are somehow broken, we live a life of compensation. We work extra hard to prove to ourselves that we are worthy, and we end up miserable. And we beat ourselves up incessantly. We are our own worst critics.
Does this sound familiar?
How would it feel to wake up every day and be excited about your life?
To be in love with who you are?
To be excited about the life you’ve created for yourself?
To feel confident that you’re reaching your full potential in all areas of your life?
To quiet the inner voices telling you that you are not enough?
During our work together, women learn to take a stand for themselves, put themselves first, create a deeper connection to who they truly are, drop the limitations that have been keeping them stuck in unhappiness and a life not fully lived. We focus on creating your life by design, on your terms, in a way that honors the beauty of who you truly are.
